  • Safety deposit box hire available. The hotel will not be held responsible for objects not deposited in the safety deposit box.

  • Open 24 hours a day. Ask about supplements for the various “upgrades” for board basis and/or room type.
Exchange
  • Currency exchange.
Credit
  • We operate an exclusive credit system for our guests. To activate it, you only need to leave us your Visa or Mastercard details and show some ID to the reception staff. Then you can pay for all your extras at the end of your stay (except accommodation).
Wake-up service
  • Please request this service if you wish to be woken at a specific time.
Concierge
  • We have newspapers, books, postcards, and stamps on sale.
Doctor
  • 24-hour service (private medical service)
Flowers and ensaimadas
  • Order flowers or ensaimadas. Ensaimadas are delivered in a box suitable for transportation.
Luggage
  • Luggage room and shower service available.
Reusing beach material
  • We would like to ask you to leave umbrellas, inflatables, toys, and other beach items in the designated areas to be used again, extending their useful life and reducing waste.
Pool towels
  • The pool towel is free. If you want to change towels, you will be charged for new ones, though, as part of the chain’s environmental commitment
Hire service
  • We can provide car and motorbike hire, cycle hire, and pram hire.
Wellness Zone
  • Discover true wellbeing thanks to a wide range of treatments and massages and also our water circuit that includes a heated pool, hydromassage and sauna. Please ask at reception for details on the different body, facial and foot treatments available. Treatments also available for children.
LEISURE
  • Sale of entrance tickets and excursion services.
Sharps bins
  • There are sharps bins at reception for the safe disposal of needles or sharp objects.
Cooker
  • You have to start the clock in order to use the cooker. This also acts as a safety measure in case you forget to switch the electric rings off.
Housekeeping
  • If you prefer the room to be cleaned at a certain time, please speak to reception.
Telephone
  • To contact reception, dial 9. To make an outside call you need to activate your line, once activated just dial 0 followed by the prefix and number. To call another room, just dial the room number
Air-conditioning
  • The doors and windows must be completely closed so that the air conditioning works.
Electricity
  • Voltage is 220V.
Television
  • It is operated by remote control. You can consult the daily entertainment programme, Garden Day, on channel 1 or 2.
Check-out
  • On the day of departure, you must vacate the room before 12:00h and leave the key at reception. We request that any outstanding bills are paid the day before departure in order to avoid queues on departure day. Ask reception in advance about the possibility of a late check-out.
Conscious towel change
  • Please leave your towels hanging up if you will use them again. Leave them on the washbasin if you require fresh towels.
Linen change
  • Sheets are changed every three days, contributing to our water-saving measures. If you do not require a change of linen, please let reception know and help us protect the environment.
Responsible waste management
  • There are various recycling bins for you to use in the outdoor areas of the hotel and/or at entrances to the rooms/apartments.
  • You are welcome to leave any waste from your room that needs recycling either on the kitchen worktop or on the desk and our housekeeping team will ensure it is dealt with correctly.
